Regulamin świadczenia usług

§1 General information

  1. The owner of the GLOSS BROTHERS brand is Tomasz Blada, who runs a business under the name GLOSS BROTHERS TOMASZ BLADA, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

  2. The Regulations define the rules for using the website, contacting the customer and implementing mobile auto detailing services provided by the Service Provider.

  3. Contact with the Service Provider is possible via the contact form available on the website, by telephone or by e-mail.

  4. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. All services are performed in an area agreed individually with the client.

§2 Scope of services

  1. GLOSS BROTHERS provides mobile auto detailing services, in particular:

  • interior detailing,

  • external detailing,

  • detailing washing,

  • paint protection,

  • application of protective coatings,

  • preparing vehicles for sale,

  • renovation of vehicle components,

  • other services agreed individually with the Client.

  1. The scope and price of the service are determined individually before the order is completed.

  2. The quote can be prepared based on photos sent by the client.

  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service in the event of:

  • very poor technical condition of the vehicle,

  • security threats,

  • lack of appropriate conditions for providing the service.

§3 Reservation of appointment and provision of services

  1. The date is booked after agreeing the details with the client.

  2. The customer undertakes to provide true contact details and information regarding the vehicle.

  3. The service provider may require a deposit to confirm the booking.

  4. If the Client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, the deposit may not be refunded.

  5. The deadline for service completion may change for reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, in particular:


  6. The customer is obliged to provide access to the vehicle and appropriate conditions to enable the service to be performed.

§4 Payments

  1. Prices for services are determined individually and provided to the client before the service is provided.

  2. Payment can be made:



  3. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. A VAT invoice is issued at the customer's request.

§5 Liability

  1. The Customer is obliged to inform the Service Provider about any previous paintwork repairs, damages and defects of the vehicle.

  3. If damage is detected before work begins, the Service Provider may prepare photographic documentation of the vehicle.

  4. Complaints should be submitted by email or telephone within 7 days of the service being provided.

  5. The complaint will be considered within 14 days.

§6 Photographic materials and copyright

  1. Photos of services performed may be published on the GLOSS BROTHERS website and social media profiles for promotional purposes only.

  2. The published materials do not contain the Client's personal data or registration numbers enabling the identification of the vehicle, unless the Client consents thereto.

  3. All photos, graphics and visual materials on the website are the property of GLOSS BROTHERS or were created by graphic designer Angelika Jambor.

  4. Copying, using or distributing materials without the owner's consent is prohibited.

  1. Customers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of:

  3. Data is not sold or made available to third parties, with the exception of entities cooperating in conducting business (e.g. accounting, website hosting).

  4. The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete and limit processing of his/her data in accordance with applicable GDPR provisions.

  1. The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the website.

  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply,
    in particular the Civil Code and provisions on consumer protection and personal data.
